 As a first time home buyer, David walked me step by step through this process. I could not believe how much I learned about my home and how to properly maintain it that I didnt know before. He knows how to thoroughly check out the properties to the smallest of details. I could not believe the things that he found that I didnt notice. Beyond this, his attitude is great and does not mind talking through any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend him and you wont find a harder worker with such great notes!
